YUNAKI / the operating system for law firms
how it works · architecture

The method is fixed. The memory evolves.

Most legal AI puts a language model in charge of everything, including what it's worst at. Yunaki is built the other way around.

the core rule

Facts never come from a language model.

Facts are checkable. Yunaki checks them the same way, every time.

D Deterministic engine AI Drafts only THE CASE FILE Facts, computed
WHY IT MATTERS · TRUST

76% of the immigration bar avoids AI over hallucination fears. Here, that failure is structurally impossible.

WHY IT MATTERS · CHANGE

Rules change? We update a versioned playbook the same day. No retraining, no guessing.

the system

Six subsystems, one loop.

01

Client intake

one secure link

Clients answer through a secure link. A husband and wife each see only their own questions. Nothing reaches your file until they press Submit — and every answer arrives as data you can check, not a PDF you retype.

02

Document reading

blank over guess

Passports, green cards, I-94s, and civil documents are read field by field. Anything blank or unreadable stays blank — Yunaki never fills in a plausible value. The wrong document in the slot is refused, not misread.

03

The case check

careful before accusing

Every answer is marked complete, incomplete, or can't tell. The third option exists because wrongly telling you a client got it wrong is worse than missing something. The file is compared against the documents, and disagreements are flagged. We grade the checker against a fixed test set every time we change it.

04

USCIS requirements

verified and dated

30 visa types: which forms, which editions, which supporting documents, where to file. Every fact is checked against official sources and dated. Anything we haven't verified says so — it is never inferred.

05

Firm memory

your work, kept

Every answer, document, and outcome stays in your firm's file, searchable. Ask @yunaki in Slack and it answers from your own cases, with references. It stays yours.

06

Hard guardrails

built in, not promised

Yunaki can read, check, and draft. It can never send, sign, or file. Every outgoing email waits for a person to approve it, and signature fields on forms can't be touched — the software refuses. The full list →
